How do I remove ads?
Tap No ads on the home screen, or open Settings (the gear icon) and tap Remove ads. It is a one-time purchase that removes banner and interstitial ads. Optional reward videos (to skip a level or earn a hint) stay available, and they only play when you choose them.
I bought Remove Ads but I see ads again
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. This also works on a new device.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them: on iPhone and iPad through reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through your Google Play order history.
I'm stuck on a level
Undo your last stroke, spend a hint to see the way, or restart the level. You earn a new hint every 15 levels. When a video is available you can also watch one to get a hint or to skip the level.
Is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved on your device. The game has no account or cloud sync, so we cannot move your progress to another device or restore it for you. On Android, your device’s own Google backup may restore it if you have backups turned on.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, Lucky Eggs may send a few reminders when you haven't played for a while. You can turn them off at any time in your device's notification settings.

To ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion, email albertteknoloji@gmail.com with the subject “Lucky Eggs privacy request”. Section 9 of the privacy policy explains what to include.
